Know someone who needs office and/or cowarehouse space? Our referral program is a simple way to help your network find the perfect space—and put extra cash in your pocket!
Here's How it Works:
- Tell a friend about The Loading Dock and fill out our referral form.
- Ask them to give your name during their tour.
- If they become a coworking member or close on an office or cowarehouse, you can earn:
- $25 for Coworking referrals
- $200 for Office Space referrals
- $200 - $500 for Cowarehouse referrals (depending on size of unit)
